三、選擇你要看的Pokemon數值 

四、跟隊長對話

如下圖，進入與自己隊伍的隊長，
對話可知數值好壞，來決定要換糖果，或留下升級。

1.上圖是第一句內容，都是同樣的招呼語。

2.整個對話過程，建議參考比較重要的兩個項目：
「綜合IV值」、「單項IV值」兩種。

3.每人隊長不一樣，要看你是哪隊的，只參考自己隊伍顏色的對話，這篇是給英文不太靈光的懶人朋友，所以用顏色標示出一些英文單字，只要看單字就可知道，Pokemon的素質強弱。

4.如何選擇IV值
我自己是選兩種IV值都要出現最強的，才留下。
其實「最強」跟「強的」都可以留下來。

跟隊長講第二句，他就會告訴你綜合IV值，好還是壞。

一、綜合IV值

Mystic（藍隊）	Valor（紅隊）	Instinct （黃隊）	IV % 綜合IV值
Overall, your Pokemon is a wonder! What a breathtaking Pokemon!	Overall, your Pokemon simply amazes me. It can accomplish anything!	Overall, your Pokemon looks like it can really battle with the best of them!	最強 82.2% ～100%

二、單項IV值

這是懶人包，所以只告訴大家知道「強的」「最高」的對話內容，才能留下強者。

沒介紹的其他對話，將對話點過去即可，只是告訴你最強的單一項目是什麼，也許是攻擊、防禦、HP血量，其中一種。
Attack（攻擊）、HP（血量）、Defense（防禦）

還有的對話是，告訴你這隻是大或小，這些不是沒影響，為了怕新手懶人搞混，所以先列出重要的，下面另個部落格的中文翻譯就寫的滿詳細的喔，參考一下。
